Ingredients:1 cup Almond Flour
2 cup Coconut milk
2 table spoons of Coconut oil - to the saucepan
- Mix together all ingredients until smooth.
- Cook on a hot, greased griddle, using about 1/4 of finall mix for each pancake.
- Cook until bubbly, a little dry around the edges, and lightly browned on the bottom; turn and brown the other side.
- Serve witht your favorite topigg. I love fruits with peanut butter or yogurt with honey.
