This small salad can be your side veggie. I like it with chicken for example.
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice, from one lemon
1-2 teaspoons honey, to taste
Make a bigger batch and store in the fridge for 2 days max. Then you can grab your daily portion simply any time you need it.
Ingredients
1 pound carrots, peeled, grated1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice, from one lemon

1/2 cup of filtered water
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a small glass jar, combine the lemon juice, honey, water and salt. Close jar and mix well shaking (workout included hahaha)
- In a salad bowl, combinate carrots and lemon infusion
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve
