Classic Bone Broth? A little boring? No way! - Thai style

Do you love bone broth? I do... Are you drinking a cup every day? Can be a little boring, right?

What about spicy twist? Are you in?

Bone Broth in Thai Style
(4-6 serves)

6 cups bone broth (I use chicken or lamb)
2 cups full fat coconut milk
1 tablesppon Madras paste
1 cup beef (chopped)
1 cup rice noodles (optiona)

Instruction:
In a slow cooker mix all ingredients and turn heat to low. Cook for 4 hours. Done :-)

Haha, the easiest instruction manual ever.... :-)

Well, this recipe is super fast and super easy. It's good way how to make your bone broth different... maybe more sexy :-) I'm big love thai cuisine, so this is my favorite way how to change bone broth little bit, but you can choose any other taste you like....

If you are strictly Paleo, you can switch rice noodles with any paleo friendly pasta alternative. I can tolarate rice, so I use rice noodles instead :-)

If you want to know more about bone broth, I can recommend you great book from Sally Fallon Morell - Nourishing Broth: An Old-Fashioned Remedy for the Modern World. Kindle version is under 10$ and you will get inspirational book about this amazing food!

Let me know how you make your bone broth sexy... :-)

Take care everyone...
