Paleo French Toast - yummy treat

This is special treat you can prepare for your love... No, it's not everyday meal. But I believe that if you eat well then you can enjoy treats sometimes.

Paleo French Toast
serves 2

4 slices sandwich bread (you can use banana bread if you have. I use Brittany's Worlds Best Paleo Sandwich bread)
1 large egg (organic quality)
1/3 cup coconut milk
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon raw honey
2 bananas
4-6 tablespoons of coconut whipped cream
2 tablespoons of dark chocolate (grated)
2 tablespoons of Ghee

In a bowl, mix the egg, milk, cinnamon and honey.

Heat a saucepan over medium heat and add Ghee.

Dunk both sides of bread in the egg mixture and place them in the saucepan. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes then flip. Cook for another 4 to 5 minutes.

Place slice of a bread on a plate, cover with chopped banana and chocolate. Cover with another slice on the bread and decorate with coconut whipped cream.

My hubby love maple syrup on the top but you can skip it if you want.
